Systems I have designed and delivered, written up as engineering rather than as marketing: the problem, the shape of the solution, and the decisions that were genuinely hard. Every tile below is the real topology of that system, drawn from the same graph its case study renders in full.
These are the projects my confidentiality agreements allow me to publish, so this is a subset of the work rather than all of it. Every one of them comes from a full-time role, and I was on the project from its start through to its end. Freelance and consulting engagements are not published here.
The write-ups still describe systems rather than individual credit. Where the source material does not establish who did what inside a team, a case study says nothing rather than implying credit it cannot support.

The in-house platform of one of Egypt’s largest transport operators, carrying 100,000 to 200,000 daily active users across five live surfaces for major corporates and schools.
An automotive platform that is both the reference and the market: official specifications and prices for every model, and dealer-to-dealer, dealer-to-customer and customer-to-customer trade at fixed prices or under a live auction clock.
A workspace platform where a confirmed booking is the authorisation that opens a physical door.
A floor robot that teaches children aged three to seven to program, from six buttons on its back up to drag-and-drop blocks with loops and variables, and stays accurate enough that a wrong answer is always the child’s own.
An environmental learning platform for schools across the Nordics and wider Europe, in five languages on two identity models.
Everything happening to the planet on one live map: incidents drawn from world reporting, marks left by members, a research library, initiatives to join, groups to belong to, and a feed of the people you follow.
An enterprise training platform delivering gamified programmes to corporate cohorts, through three independently authenticated portals.
A rental network of 8,000 vehicles across 50-plus Saudi branches, where availability is an interval query rather than a stock count.
The automated half of a rental business: book, unlock and drive away with no branch, no counter and nobody on the other end.
A B2B electronics marketplace in Egypt where the platform sells alongside the vendors it hosts, on one catalogue.
A UAE gifting marketplace of independent sellers, carrying luxury goods and event packages against an occasion calendar, where the buyer is never the person the order is for.
A discounts marketplace serving corporate employees and ordinary consumers from one merchant network, where the same offer is visible, restricted or absent depending on who is looking at it.
An Egyptian property marketplace and the business system the agencies run on, where a listing and an agency’s private stock are one record separated by a switch.
